Documentation Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Remote Documentation Specialist to create, update, and maintain company documents and records. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, has strong attention to detail, and can organize information clearly. No heavy physical work is required, and training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and format documents, reports, and templates.
• Review documents for accuracy, grammar, and consistency.
• Organize and maintain digital files and records.
• Update company documentation as needed.
• Ensure documents follow company standards and guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to gather and verify information.
• Respond to document-related requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus).
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote workspace.
• Previous administrative or documentation experience is helpful but not required.
