Contract | Nights | 3×12-Hour Shifts (19:00-07:30) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a dual PCU/Stepdown and floor unit, with the ability to work on either side as needed
• Maintain patient ratios of 2-3 on the PCU side and typically 4 on the floor side
• Interpret and manage dysrhythmias and telemetry monitoring
• Manage and titrate cardiac drips and assist with chest tube care
• Float within service line to meet facility needs as required
• Complete required online modules via WorkRamp prior to start date

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in Missouri or a qualifying compact state (MO license may be submitted pending; Illinois license must be in hand at time of submittal)
• ACLS certification required by compliance document deadline
• BLS/BCLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of relevant RN experience
• Every-other-weekend availability required
• Home address must be at least 75 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a PCU, Stepdown, or IMC setting
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic health records system
• Experience with cardiac drip titration and telemetry in an acute care environment
