Job Full Description

Position Summary

The Compliance Coordinator manages permitting, licensing, insurance documentation, and contract review across all entities.
This role ensures projects move forward without delays, remain compliant, and are contractually sound.

Core Responsibility

Ensure every project is properly permitted, compliant, documented, and contractually sound - before it ever hits production.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and submit permits, track status across all projects
Facilitating variance requests and hearings
Manage licensing compliance across jurisdictions
Manage employee certifications
Handle Certificates of Insurance and documentation
Assist with insurance renewals
Review contracts, POs, and agreements for risk
Manage third party database/contracts for signage opportunities
Ensure all project documentation is complete before kickoff
Standardize workflows and maintain records
Support all operating entities under Parent Organization

What Success Looks Like

No project delays due to permitting or documentation
Necessary licensing is in place for jurisdictions worked
COI's for clients are kept up to date
Contracts reviewed quickly and consistently
PMs not burdened with compliance tasks
Proactive compliance across all operations

Qualifications

Experience in permitting, compliance, risk or construction admin
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
Understanding of contracts and risk (preferred)
