BG Staffing Pittsburgh, PA 15237 Pay Rate: $20.00 per Hour Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM 1-Hour Lunch Break

Position Overview

As a Leasing Consultant, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current residents, helping create a welcoming and positive experience from the moment they enter the leasing office. You will be responsible for leasing apartment homes, building relationships with prospects, assisting residents, and supporting daily property operations.

This role requires an individual who can balance sales, customer service, and administrative responsibilities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and showcase apartment homes and community amenities
• Respond to leasing inquiries through phone, email, online leads, and walk-in traffic
• Follow up with prospective residents and convert leads into signed leases
• Assist with lease application processing and move-in documentation
• Maintain accurate leasing records and resident files
• Support occupancy and resident retention initiatives
• Deliver exceptional customer service to both prospects and residents
• Address resident questions, concerns, and service requests professionally and promptly
• Assist with marketing efforts and outreach programs
• Support day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
• Collaborate with property management to ensure a positive resident experience
• Maintain a polished and professional leasing office environment

Qualifications

• Previous leasing, customer service, sales, hospitality, or property management experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to excellent customer service
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and systems
• Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with standard office technology and administrative tasks
