Customer Master Representative (Hybrid)
Job Title: Customer Master Representative (Hybrid) Location: Malvern PA 19355 Work Schedule: Mon Fri, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1st Shift) Pay Rate: USD 21.00 - USD 25.00 /hour Contract: Temp-to-hire
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with data and data management
- Must be able to take direction and respond accordingly
- Excel skills are a nice to have
- Understanding of SAP or other ERP platforms
- Ability to learn customer master function transactions and reporting
- Proficiency with MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail-oriented
- Willingness to work US Holidays to support Canada when holidays are not shared
Responsibilities:
- Timely creation and modification of customer accounts
- Communicate account changes to appropriate stakeholders
- Complete tasks accurately and within service level agreement (SLA) timeframes
- Complete or assist with Customer Master Data team reporting requirements
- Support special projects for the Customer Master group
- Adhere to all SLA aspects
- Schedule flexibility for team coverage (7am7pm) and unique demands (including possible weekend work)
