Job Title: Customer Master Representative
Location:  Malvern PA 19355
Work Schedule: Mon - Fri, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1rd Shift) 
Hybrid 2-3 days per week. Days are flexible.
Pay Rate: USD 21.00 - USD 25.00 /hour 
Contract : Temp (to cover a leave of absence)

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with data and data management
• Must be able to take direction and respond accordingly
• Excel skills are a nice to have
• Understanding of SAP or other ERP platforms
• Ability to learn customer master function transactions and reporting
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word
• Strong organizational skills
• Detail-oriented
• Willingness to work US Holidays to support Canada when holidays are not shared

Responsibilities:

• Timely creation and modification of customer accounts
• Communicate account changes to appropriate stakeholders
• Complete tasks accurately and within service level agreement (SLA) timeframes
• Complete or assist with Customer Master Data team reporting requirements
• Support special projects for the Customer Master group
• Adhere to all SLA aspects
• Schedule flexibility for team coverage (7am–7pm) and unique demands (including possible weekend work)
