Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Customer Master Representative to join their team. As a Customer Master Representative, you will be part of the Customer Service Department supporting the Customer Master Data team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Master Representative

Location: Malvern, PA

Pay Range: $21

Shift: Monday-Friday 8AM to 5PM Must be flexible to work any hours between 7AM - 7PM if business needs change

What's the Job?

• Create new customer accounts accurately and efficiently within the specified service level agreement (SLA) timeframe
• Update and modify existing customer accounts as needed, ensuring data integrity
• Communicate account changes and additions to relevant stakeholders promptly
• Assist in reporting requirements and support special projects for the Customer Master Data team
• Utilize SAP or other ERP platforms, along with MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word, to perform daily tasks

What's Needed?

• Basic understanding of ERP platforms such as SAP
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to learn new transactions and reports related to customer master functions
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word
• Flexibility to support team coverage hours (7am-7pm) and occasional weekend work
