ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2022 and is home to a team of four. My journey with State Farm began long before that - I worked as a team member for eight years and come from a strong State Farm family. My father, uncles, and husband are all part of the organization, so becoming an agent was something I always knew I wanted to do.

I'm married with a two-year-old daughter, and we're deeply rooted in the Prior Lake community. We stay active through the local Chamber of Commerce, support the high school and Savage area, and participate in multiple sponsorships throughout the year.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Mandi Vote - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
