The facility features a collaborative team of 12 physicians and 6 advanced practice clinicians, supported by dedicated staff and on-site resources including lab, x-ray with mammography, urgent care, behavioral health, community health workers, and sports medicine services.

Board Certified/Board Eligible – Family Medicine

Job Details:

• Join a growing Family Medicine practice with an established patient base (0.6 – 1.0 FTE)
• OB experience is optional
• ZERO Call model implemented – all after-hours call (excluding OB, hospital, and SUD/MOUD call) is covered by a separate call team
• Work alongside 12 physicians and 6 advanced practice clinicians in a highly collaborative team environment
• Anticipated work schedule: Monday through Friday with 36 patient contact hours
• Flexible shifts with clinic hours: 7:15 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday-Friday) and 8:00 AM – Noon (Saturday)
• Access to on-site lab, x-ray including mammography, urgent care, behavioral health, community health workers, and sports medicine
• Utilize EPIC medical records with DAX AI technology
• Digital X-Ray with rapid results available
• Flexible starting FTE options between 0.6 and 1.0
• Seeking an enthusiastic team player who is passionate about patient care and the Northland community
