HVAC/R Service Manager (REMOTE)

Job Title: Service Manager Location: REMOTE (Candidates must be in NJ, NY, MA OR TX) Pay: $95-105K/year + Bonus Work Schedule: Remote (90% of the time WFH then 10% of the time traveling across the service area supporting techs) Service Managers will oversee daily area operations and manage technicians to ensure we meet our customers' needs within their required SLAs. The Service Manager reports to the Regional Director of Operations and has Field Supervisors and Service Technicians as direct reports.
