As a remote-working mental health therapist at Everside, you will have the flexibility to manage your work-life balance effectively. While our typical operating hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, we understand the necessity for schedule adjustments based on patient needs. This role allows you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home while maintaining close connections with your colleagues through virtual meetings and structured training sessions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine the specific needs of patients, facilitating the creation of tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other modalities with a personalized touch.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that foster a sense of community and empower patients to share their experiences and strategies.

• Collaborate actively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to patient care.

• Educate patients regarding their mental health conditions and available treatment options, helping them navigate community resources.

Qualifications\n

• An accredited Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid and current license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proficient in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and developing targeted treatment plans based on individual client needs.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven experience in delivering therapy to a diverse population.

• Strong adherence to professional ethical standards and ability to maintain professional boundaries.

• Comfortable with electronic health record (EHR) systems and digital communication tools.

Compensation and Benefits\n
