Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator provides essential administrative, creative, and operational support to the Marketing and Sales teams. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, eager to learn, and comfortable juggling a variety of tasks. This role reports to the Director of Marketing. Responsibilities: Coordinate marketing tasks, including project request intake, training calendar management, and documentation. Maintain centralized marketing calendar, working cross functionally to track deadlines and deliverables, elevate issues, and engage key stakeholders to ensure content accuracy. Content & Creative: Assist with maintaining organized marketing asset libraries and approved material repositories. Provide social media support, including drafting posts, scheduling content, and asset coordination. Collaborate with the Director of Marketing, internal stakeholders, and external partners to design and execute marketing campaigns and assets, including educational content, website updates, product guides, email/print communications, and video editing CRM, Events and Customer Engagement: Support management of CRM tool, including contact maintenance, documentation, and reporting. Support planning and coordination of regional meetings, tradeshows, and customer training events. Assist with promotional item creation, inventory tracking of event materials, shipping coordination, and booth asset development. Reporting & Operations: Work with the Director of Marketing to track and manage expenses to meet marketing department budget targets. Assist with generation of monthly and quarterly reports on marketing effectiveness, lead generation and ROI. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or other closely related field 1-3 years of related experience Required Skills: Software Proficiency: Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Quality Control: Exceptional attention to detail with proven editing and proofreadingcapabilities. Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines under pressure. CRM & Databases : Experience with CRM and database management systems; HubSpotfamiliarity is a strong plus. Collaboration: Proven abilityto work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Technical) across multiple offices. Agility: Adaptable and eager to learn emerging technologies, marketing trends, and AI-enabled business tools.
