We are hiring experienced restaurant personnel! Currently we are seeking kitchen managers and mangers in training!

If you like working in a team-oriented and upbeat environment, then this might be the job for you! We are looking for hardworking, motivated individuals.

Our managers are definitely hands-on, leading by example! As a restaurant manager at Longhorn, you will be actively involved with the shift but also oversee all the responsibilities and operations of the restaurant. Working in the kitchen is a must. Often you will run the grill or fry station, or one of the line positions.

You should have experience leading people and teams, demonstrating effective communication skills, keeping sites on the big picture, delivering exceptional customer service skills, showing sound judgement, and solving problems on the spot.

You should have knowledge and experience in following health department regulations and maintaining daily and weekly cleaning routines and practices.
