Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Full-Time | Days | 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM | Every Other Weekend | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 52-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation setting with a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Care for patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputation, trauma, and neurological conditions in an adult population (18+)
• Perform and manage wound care, tracheostomy care, and care for patients requiring isolation precautions
• Utilize the CERNER electronic health record system for documentation and care coordination
• Support patients through intensive, individualized rehabilitation programs aimed at maximizing function and quality of life
• Adhere to facility dress code requirements including closed-toed shoes and natural nails (no acrylic)

• Active RN license valid in California
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• At least 6 months of experience in a rehabilitation or inpatient setting

• Experience caring for patients with spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, amputations, or stroke
• Familiarity with tracheostomy management and complex wound care
• Prior travel nursing experience in an acute rehabilitation environment

• Work in a state-of-the-art, all-private-room rehabilitation hospital with an expected 36 hours per week in a structured day shift schedule
