DSP - 2nd Shift - East Madison

Eastside Direct Support Professional Needed - $18.50/hr

Must have WI Driver's License!


One Position: Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun 3p-11p (32 hrs/week)

We're seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to support a young woman in achieving her goals and living her best life. As a support worker, you'll play a vital role in empowering our client to participate in community activities, engage in meaningful experiences, and develop a sense of independence.

Responsibilities:

* Assist in participating and engage in community activities
* Read and respond to stress to ensure our client's emotional well-being
* Follow individualized support plan
* Build a trusting relationship with the person we support, founded on respect, empathy, and understanding

Qualifications:

* Valid Wisconsin driver's license
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Compassion, patience, and understanding of individuals with diverse needs
