Senior Financial Planning Analyst

Senior FP&A Analyst | NW Houston | Up to $130,000 Salary We are partnering with a mechanical manufacturer in NW Houston to identify a Senior FP&A Analyst to join their growing finance team. This is a high visibility, hybrid opportunity reporting directly to the VP of Finance and supporting strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will have: 8+ years of progressive FP&A and/or accounting experience Mechanical Manufacturing environment experience is a must Experience owning the full FP&A cycle, including budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, variance analysis, financial modeling, and executive reporting Strong knowledge of corporate consolidations, intercompany transactions, foreign currency translation, and standard costing Experience analyzing key working capital metrics such as DSO, DPO, and inventory turnover Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or IFS A proactive, analytical mindset with the ability to partner with executive leadership in a fast paced, growing organization #J-18808-Ljbffr Morgan Benjamin Search Group
