Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: Prior experience in an administrative, data entry or customer support role such as managing client accounts, supporting insurance operations, or working in a customer service environment is preferred. Ability to review insurance submissions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance prior to issuance. Strong communication skills with the ability to identify and elevate issues or discrepancies in a timely manner. Understanding of binding insurance policies in accordance with agency standards and state regulations. Ability to support and maintain an efficient new business workflow from sale through policy issuance. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation. Willingness to support the account management team with service requests for existing policyholders. Flexibility to assist with general account management tasks as needed. Qualifications WHO YOU ARE: Minimum 2 years of customer service or related experience. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment. Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency navigating multiple computer systems and software platforms. Prior experience in insurance, account management, or a related field is a plus, but not required. Property & Casualty license preferred; willingness to obtain licensure required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
