The position is designed to be fully remote, allowing our therapists the flexibility to work from the comfort of their own space while maintaining a professional focus on client care. The scheduled work hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate positive client outcomes.

• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed, ensuring the approach remains effective and relevant.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients experiencing mood disorders, including children, adolescents, and adults. Many clients may come from diverse backgrounds, including marginalized and at-risk populations, such as homeless individuals, refugees, and victims of domestic abuse. Your role will focus on establishing a therapeutic rapport with individuals who are often in vulnerable states, requiring a blend of empathy, understanding, and professional support.

Compensation and Benefits\n
