Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: PCU - Progressive Care Unit \n Discipline: RN \n Start Date: 10/12/2026 \n Duration: 16 weeks \n 36 hours per week \n Shift: 12 hours, days, nights \n Employment Type: Local Contract \n \n Patient Population \n \n STEMI \n NSTEMI \n Chest Pain (C/P) \n Cardiothoracic Surgery (CTS) patients \n Cardiac telemetry patients \n \n Units Available : \n \n 5J Intermediate \n 7 L IMCU \n \n Unit Details \n \n Float to all PCU/IMCU units \n May also float to telemetry beds within the same unit for lower-acuity patients \n Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:3–4 \n Required Experience \n \n Minimum 2 years of recent PCU/IMCU experience in a similar-sized acute care hospital \n Experience caring for cardiac patient populations \n Experience with cardiac telemetry monitoring \n Experience managing the following cardiac drips:\n \n Milrinone \n Dobutamine \n Pressors (vasopressors) \n \n Required Certifications \n \n BLS (AHA) \n ACLS (AHA) \n EMR \n \n EPIC (Required) \n \n About Talent4Health\n \n A leader and innovator, offering comprehensive talent solutions for the healthcare industry across the nation.
