Front Desk Office Assistant

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Answer inquiries and provide information to the general public, customers, visitors, and other interested parties regarding activities conducted at establishment and location of departments, offices, and employees within the organization. Be the liaison between our company and company vendors. Complete office cleaning, IT related projects, mailing lead, application lead, and other duties as assigned.
Duties:
- Perform administrative support tasks.
- Greet persons entering the establishment.
- Hear and resolve complaints from customers or the public.
- File and maintain records.
- Maintain printers.
- Transmit information or documents to customers using a computer, mail, or fax machine.
- Schedule appointments and maintain and update appointment calendars.
- Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries as well as researching returned mail.
- Perform duties, such as taking care of plants or straightening magazines to maintain lobby or reception area.
- Keep office supplies stocked and maintain a weekly supply list.
- Serve as in house expert for the company's CRM.
- Process client applications.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role.
- Proficiency in computer applications including MS Office.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of office procedures and basic clerical duties.
Preferred (Not Required)
- Bilingual

You will need to be able to commit to some evening and weekend hours, mainly from October 1 - December 7. The typical hours of operation outside of our busy season are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm with a 30min lunch.
