What does a Residential Home Salesperson do?
As a Residential Home Salesperson, you represent home buyers searching for their perfect property and sellers looking to get top dollar. You guide both sides from first conversation through a successful closing, building relationships that generate referrals and repeat home sale business for years to come.
- Work with home buyers to identify the right properties and neighborhoods for their needs
- List and market residential properties to attract qualified buyers quickly
- Host showings, open houses, and walkthroughs that help buyers connect with a home
- Present and negotiate purchase offers to protect your clients' interests
- Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and paperwork through to closing
- Build lasting client relationships that generate referrals and repeat home sale business
No prior real estate experience required - we provide complete residential sales training.
What are the requirements?
The requirements are straightforward.
- Be 18 years or older
- Willing to obtain a Florida real estate salesperson license (we'll guide you through every step)
- Complete Coldwell Banker Sunstar Realty residential sales training - fully provided at no cost to you
