About Promerch

Promerch PPS is a patented, spray-applied paint protection system built for the next generation of vehicle protection. Applied like paint and finished like factory, it delivers seamless coverage with no edges or seams, can be produced in virtually any color, and removes cleanly when it's time for a change. We work with a growing network of certified installers across the country, from PPF and detailing studios to collision and custom shops.

We're building a small team of independent sales professionals to help bring the system to the shops that should be offering it.

\n

The Role

\n

You'll represent Promerch PPS to automotive shops in your region and across the country, introducing owners to the system and guiding them into our certified dealer program. Once a shop is on board, you remain their point of contact, helping them grow their business with our products. This is a relationship role as much as a sales role.

\n

\n

What You'll Do

\n

- Identify and connect with PPF, detailing, tint, collision, and custom shops as well as dealerships

\n

- Present the system and its advantages to shop owners and operators

\n

- Guide new shops through onboarding and into certification with our training team

\n

- Build lasting relationships that keep your shops active and growing

\n

- Work both company-provided leads and your own network

\n

- Keep accounts and activity current in our CRM

\n

\n

Who You Are

- Genuinely passionate about cars and the craft of protecting and transforming them

\n

- A relationship builder who shop owners trust and want to hear from

\n

- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable running your own schedule and pipeline

\n

- Curious about new technology and able to explain it simply and confidently

\n

- Persistent without being pushy, and focused on long-term partnerships over one-time sales

\n

- Organized and consistent with follow-up

\n

- Excited to be early on something new and help shape how it grows

\n

Qualifications

\n

\n

Required

\n

- 2+ years of B2B sales experience

\n

- Experience selling to automotive shops or service businesses

\n

- Strong communication and presentation skills, in person, by phone, and on video

\n

- Comfort with CRM tools and managing your own accounts

\n

- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within your region as needed

\n

\n

Preferred

\n

- Background in PPF, ceramic coatings, tint, automotive paint, collision supply, or detailing products

\n

- Existing relationships with shop owners in your region

\n

- Experience with commission-based or independent sales roles

\n

- Familiarity with spray booths, paint systems, or the installation process

\n

\n
