Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Empowering Integrated Care Counseling, your role will encompass a variety of key tasks, including:

• Creating personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices to deliver effective therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and motivational interviewing.

• Monitoring client progress and adapting treatment strategies based on therapeutic outcomes, ensuring continued relevance and effectiveness.

• Consistently documenting client interactions and maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations to safeguard client confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse group of clients, ranging from adolescents to older adults, each facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. You will work collaboratively with clients to empower them towards healing and personal development while fostering a safe, non-judgmental space for their journey.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• A valid license as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT sanctioned by the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing mental health services in a clinical setting.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems is preferred and deemed beneficial for streamlining documentation and client tracking. Additionally, experience in working within a telehealth model and knowledge of culturally competent practices is highly valued.
