Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and formulate individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques, to deliver effective treatment sessions.

• Maintain ongoing collaboration with other professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case management teams, to coordinate holistic care for each client.

• Engage in crisis intervention whenever necessary, providing immediate support and strategies to clients in distress.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives that educate and foster awareness of mental health issues and resources.

• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

In this role, you will work with a varied clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n
