Location: Remote Within USA Salary: $65,000-$85,000 (paid hourly) + OT Perks: 18 days PTO, 401k with match, comprehensive benefits (nearly entirely employer paid)

We're a growing patent preparation and prosecution firm founded a few years ago by a small group of partners who wanted to build something different. We work across a wide range of technical fields, from software and AI to hardware and biotech, and we've earned recognition as a top firm for patent quality in our space.

The Role: You'll support our attorneys through the patent prosecution process, docketing, filing, deadline tracking, and client and USPTO correspondence. You'll be a real part of how applications move through the pipeline, not just someone shuffling paper.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience as a patent paralegal
• Strong understanding of USPTO procedures and prosecution timelines
• Experience with docketing software and deadline management
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
