Primary City/State: Mesa, Arizona Department Name: Cardiac Cath Lab-Hosp Work Shift: Day Shift Details Full‑Time: 3 12’s, Monday – Friday Day Shift: 6:30AM – 7:00PM No call associated with this position Responsibilities Assesses patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning needs. Forms a plan of care, including the discharge plan, based on assessment data and team input. Implements the plan of care through direct patient care, coordination, delegation, and supervision of the healthcare team. Evaluates the patient’s and family’s response to care and teaching, and revises the plan of care as needed. Documents assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in the patient record. Participates in research, unit or facility shared leadership, education, and orientation of staff and patients. Contributes to society through activities that lead to excellent patient outcomes, including participation in professional organizations. May supervise staff and manage workflow in the department (in some roles). Interacts with all levels of staff, patients, families, and external contacts to coordinate care and provide spiritual support when needed. Qualifications Minimum: Current, valid RN license in the state of practice or a temporary/interim license. BLS certification. Experience in an acute‑care environment within the past 12 months as a Registered Nurse in the specialty area. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree

• Professional certification related to electrophysiology or cath lab nursing
• Additional relevant education or experience
