Builder Sales & Design Consultant

Are you a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys working with builders, contractors, and residential construction? The Norfolk Companies is looking for a Builder Sales & Design Consultant to grow builder partnerships across Greater Boston. This is a field-based role where you'll develop new business, manage long-term accounts, and help clients select cabinetry, countertops, millwork, and other building products from concept through completion. What You'll Do Develop relationships with builders, remodelers, and contractors Prospect and win new builder accounts Grow existing customer relationships Consult on cabinetry, kitchens, baths, countertops, millwork, and hardware Create product selections and design solutions Prepare estimates, proposals, and project documentation Visit job sites and support projects throughout construction Partner with showroom, design, and operations teams Manage your sales pipeline in HubSpot CRM Meet and exceed sales goals Why Join Norfolk? Established, respected New England brand Premium products and strong builder relationships Support from experienced design and operations teams Career growth and professional development Comprehensive benefits Requirements for Designer role: 3+ years of sales experience in building products, cabinetry, kitchen & bath, millwork, windows, doors, flooring, or similar Experience working with builders, contractors, or remodelers Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills Design experience or aptitude (20/20 Design, AutoCAD, or similar is a plus) Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Strong communication and organizational skills Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM software Valid driver's license with ability to travel throughout Greater Boston You're a Great Fit If You...
