Strive - GTM Talent Partner is helping a Google-backed AI-native vendor recruit a Global Head of Business Development to build and lead the outbound engine for an AI-driven workforce intelligence platform already reducing labour costs for major hospitality and care brands. The role inherits a 10-person BDR team across UK and US, owns outbound strategy and GTM motion, and collaborates with UK Head of Sales and Global VP.
