Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing full‑cycle recruitment for various roles across the company. From sourcing and screening to interview coordination and onboarding, you’ll ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience while helping managers find the best fit for their teams. Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to understand role needs and timelines Post and manage job ads across multiple platforms Actively source candidates through online channels and networking Review applications, conduct phone screens, and schedule interviews Communicate clearly with candidates throughout the hiring process Coordinate pre‑employment checks and onboarding steps Maintain records and recruitment metrics using our ATS What You Bring: 1+ year of experience in recruiting, HR, or related field Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to prioritize multiple openings and meet deadlines Attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality Experience with applicant tracking systems (preferred but not required) High attention to detail and commitment to candidate experience Compensation & Benefits: Hourly Pay: $20 - $25, based on experience Medical coverage Supportive team environment and hands‑on training Opportunities for growth and internal promotion Why Join Berks, Inc.?
