Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand the emotional and psychological needs of clients.
• Develop tailored treatment plans leveraging evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, or trauma-informed care.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, adapting methodologies to best suit each client’s needs and promoting self-efficacy.
• Set clear therapeutic goals and regularly monitor client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms, ensuring accessibility for clients who may face challenges attending in-person sessions.
• Maintain meticulous records in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards, including documentation of sessions, treatment progress, and client interactions.
• Participate in regular team meetings and supervision to enhance your clinical skills and receive feedback on your practice.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
