• Support specimen collection efforts and prepare samples for analysis when necessary.
• Accurately document all laboratory procedures, mentor new staff or students, and maintain high laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a safe and clean laboratory environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent healthcare-related qualification alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certification Requirements

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Maintain your certification in good standing throughout your time with us.
