Schedule: PRN basis with flexible half-day (4 hours) or full-day (8 hours) options

• One-time, non-treatment examinations primarily interview-based with physical assessments including range of motion and muscle strength testing

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted North Carolina medical license
• AANP certification
• Background in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Orthopedic Surgery, or General Medicine
• Proficiency in METs testing, evaluating and diagnosing respiratory and cardiovascular conditions
• Must own a Windows-compatible laptop (Mac/Apple products not supported)
• Must have own compliant office space within specified service radius
• Willingness to complete required DMA training and certification
• Self-Query NPDB required (within 30 days)
