Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources, enabling the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy to address a variety of mental health conditions.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with clear goals and evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure an integrated and coordinated approach to client care, participating in regular treatment team meetings.

• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning for clients in immediate distress, applying strong risk assessment skills to safeguard their well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans to comply with ethical and legal standards outlined in the field.

• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, fostering a safe space for clients to share experiences and learn coping strategies.

• Utilize telehealth technologies effectively to connect with clients remotely, ensuring seamless communication and access to services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges, including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related disorders, and stress management. Our clinic caters to individuals from all backgrounds, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, emphasizing personalized care tailored to each client’s circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus and an attractive benefits package.
