Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, strengths, and available support systems.

• Deliver individualized, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment methods, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans with clear objectives and interventions tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Partner with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other relevant healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated care approach that promotes holistic recovery.

• Provide timely crisis intervention, performing risk assessments, and safety planning to ensure the continuous safety of clients.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Lead and facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation workshops aimed at fostering understanding and coping skills among clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
