You will be a core leader for our same store sales business, driving strategy, operations, and enabling our sales organization to perform at their fullest – both for our current product portfolio and new products to come.What you'll do:Same store sales strategy Develop key strategies around our SSG businessConduct rigorous analytics on what is driving same store sales and how to grow our business Leverage data and analytics to improve account / provider targeting and engagementCreate and manage program around our same store business including EMR integration, protocolization, attrition defense Leverage new AI tool to optimize and improve sales process efficiency Same store sales operations Manage core same store business process – account retention / attrition, quota setting, territory alignment Create core sales operations plans (territory, targeting, quotas) Develop tools, KPIs, targets, and reporting mechanisms for our same store sales business Design incentive programs and monitor their impact New product sales enablement Work with product and go-to-market (GTM) to define a plan to launch and grow our new Delirium and neonate products Develop tools, KPIs, targets, and reporting mechanisms for our new product launches Build in the operating and tracking mechanisms to learn and adjust our strategyCreate core sales operations plans (territory, targeting, quotas) and support comp (working with comp resources)Sales Partner Development and Relationship ManagementBuild credibility and trusted relationships across the sales organization, especially with the account management VPs and RVPs Partner closely with the sales training team to ensure your programs are embedded with the sales organization Team managementCoach and develop sales ops analyst and sales enablement managerWhat We're Looking For: 5+ years of experience a top tier management consulting or professional services firm, focusing on transformation and implementation, including managing teams3+ years of experience managing teams 2+ years of experience as an operator preferredInnate curiosity—you investigate anomalies, ask the right questions, and push beyond surface-level explanationsStrong judgment and integrity, balancing efficiency with the rigor required for sensitive compensation processesAnalytical skills, including automation, complex formulasClear communicator who can translate complex logic or compensation structures to non-technical stakeholdersAdaptability and drive to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environmentOwnership mindset Compensation Range$253,000—$299,000 USDA candidate’s final salary offer will be based on their skills, education, work location and experience, and thus it may differ from the posted range. Compensation may also include bonuses consistent with Ceribell’s corporate compensation plan.
