Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting therapy sessions with couples, individual family members, and groups to address a variety of mental health challenges.

• Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans that encompass therapeutic approaches for issues such as substance abuse, grief, and family conflict.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), to facilitate healing and growth.

• Maintaining detailed clinical documentation for each client, while adhering to ethical standards and confidentiality policies.

• Coordinating care with other professionals, as needed, to ensure comprehensive support for clients dealing with complex life situations.

• Participating in team meetings to discuss cases and share insights on best practices in mental health treatment.

Your work will focus on a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and adolescents, facing challenges such as:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
