Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to develop personalized treatment programs.
• Implement treatments for various specialties, including orthopedic conditions, pediatric cases, neurologic disorders, and sports medicine injuries.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques and modalities to effectively manage patient care, documenting progress accurately.
• Deliver specialized care directly in patients' homes when necessary, aligning treatment with physicians' plans.
• Engage with patients and their caregivers in meaningful consultations, providing education and training to foster independence in recovery.
• Meet organizational objectives by achieving minimum utilization goals while consistently demonstrating excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the facility to maximize patient outcomes and ensure a holistic approach to rehabilitation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Active State License as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) issued by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.

• Current CPR certification.
