What you'll do Work closely with Engineering Leaders to scope roles, understand team needs, and develop effective sourcing strategies Manage the entire hiring process end-to-end, from initial outreach to final offer Own engineering hiring across backend, frontend, DevOps, and data science Qualify candidates credibly before looping in hiring managers, without needing requirements translated Design and implement a systematic, data-driven recruitment process aligned with both individual role requirements and the company's long-term goals Build, maintain, and continually expand a strong network of top-tier engineering talent for future hiring needs Strengthen our employer brand and help position the company as a top employer for engineers Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process Leverage your experience to identify opportunities for process optimisation and introduce best practices across the hiring lifecycle What you need to have A strong drive for excellence and a continuous improvement mindset Proven in-house experience recruiting for engineering roles at a tech company, with full ownership of a technical hiring function Breadth across engineering disciplines, backend, frontend, DevOps, and data science The ability to assess technical candidate strength without running the technical assessment yourself Technical literacy: you can understand how software is built and shipped, and engage engineering leaders as a peer A track record of sourcing independently, building pipelines from scratch, and managing technical stakeholders Measurable delivery across key hiring metrics: time-to-fill, time-to-hire, pipeline conversion, and offer acceptance Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills Excellent writing skills Strong time management and organisational abilities Fluency in English What we offer Opportunities to tackle challenging projects and realise your potential Work with a team of smart, spirited, and helpful high-performers Flexible culture that values and appreciates talent and new ideas Generous remuneration package with annual bonuses Excellent social benefits package including private health insurance, sports card, and 25 days of paid vacation per year Delicious treats and a spacious game room for team enjoyment Are you ready to accelerate your career with us?
