About the Role We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator (internally known as a Delivery Analyst) to join our growing Netherlands team. As a Delivery Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of Magnit's Managed Service Programmes (MSP). Working closely with Delivery Partners, clients, suppliers and contingent workers, you will coordinate and manage the operational and administrative activities that support the entire contingent worker lifecycle. You will be responsible for ensuring recruitment and workforce processes are completed accurately, compliantly and on time, enabling our Delivery Partners to focus on stakeholder management and service delivery. You will become the operational expert, ensuring worker records, compliance documentation, onboarding activities, system data and reporting are maintained to the highest standard while delivering an exceptional experience to clients, suppliers and contingent workers. What You Will Do Operational Support Provide operational and administrative support to Delivery Partners across multiple client programmes. Coordinate interview scheduling between hiring managers, suppliers and candidates. Track interview feedback and support offer approval processes. Ensure all client and internal systems are maintained accurately and in real time. Maintain data integrity across Magnit's Vendor Management System (VMS) and internal platforms. Produce regular operational reports and complete scheduled administrative deliverables. Manage and coordinate operational activities throughout the entire contingent worker lifecycle, including: Background screening and compliance verification Contract generation and amendments Worker extensions and renewals Transfers and assignment changes Offboarding and assignment closures Compliance & Governance Compliance is a core part of this role. You will: Coordinate all compliance activities for contingent workers and Independent Contractors (ICs). Ensure all mandatory onboarding documentation is received, validated and recorded before assignments commence. Monitor compliance throughout the worker lifecycle, ensuring records remain accurate and up to date. Support Independent Contractor compliance requirements in line with client policies and applicable legislation. Partner with Delivery Partners, suppliers and internal teams to resolve compliance issues promptly. Support audit activities and ensure documentation is maintained to the highest standard. Help minimise operational and compliance risk through accurate record keeping and governance. Workforce Administration Chase outstanding timesheets and support timely payroll processing. Monitor missing approvals and outstanding worker actions. Ensure contract extensions and assignment updates are completed before deadlines. Process worker changes including transfers, data amendments and assignment updates. Support weekly and monthly operational reporting. Assist with operational improvement initiatives and special projects. What You Will Need We're looking for someone who is highly organised, process-driven and passionate about delivering operational excellence. Fluent Dutch and English (written and spoken). Previous experience within workforce administration, MSP, HR administration, recruitment operations, staffing support or a similar operational environment. Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Experience managing high volumes of administrative activity whilst maintaining accuracy. Strong understanding of compliance processes and the importance of governance. Experience coordinating multiple activities simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Ability to analyse information and maintain high-quality data. A proactive approach with excellent problem‑solving skills. Experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP), Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) or contingent workforce environment. Experience using Vendor Management Systems (VMS). Understanding of contingent workforce onboarding processes. Knowledge of Independent Contractor (IC) administration and compliance requirements. Experience supporting payroll, worker lifecycle administration or compliance operations. Why Join Magnit?
