Working as an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for the full recruitment process including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients, as well as client management. Responsibilities Take ownership of the recruitment life cycle for several key and high-profile business areas, with a strong focus on direct sourcing and diversity Identify & communicate continuous improvement opportunities and strategies Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates and/or building talent pools for current and future requirements Involved in creating various strategies to ensure maximum, successful output Maintain and create relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders Support and deliver on the overall service delivery targets Provide information to Hiring Managers regarding market conditions, candidate availability, salary benchmarks Maintain critical metrics and provide promote the highest data integrity within reporting Qualifications Experience within the Recruitment / RPO field / Agency Fluent in Polish and English, Ukrainian is a plus Demonstrated capability to be client facing and consistently conduct interactions with clients in a timely, professional and responsive manner. Demonstrated capability to lead client briefings or partner with client HR business partners to understand job requirements, provide input, develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify candidates matching client requirements. Demonstrated capability to contact candidates/sources directly and brief candidate on the opportunity and client value proposition for professional/technical and management roles. Ambassador for premium candidate experience through professional recruitment practices IT Literate with MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word etc.) Experience interpreting data and reporting Strives for process innovation and high-performance working Korn Ferry may use AI as part of its recruitment process, but all hiring decisions are made by humans.
