Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions.**WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:*** Support the recruitment team and hiring processes across the Europe.* Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to coordinate interview logistics and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts or changes.* Manage candidate progression through the Applicant Tracking System (Workday) to track activity and ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience.* Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reimbursements for candidates.* Facilitate required pre-employment steps, including assessments and documentation.* Ensure data accuracy and consistency throughout each stage of the recruitment process.* Contribute to various recruitment initiatives by preparing and presenting topics and data to team members (e.g., employee referral programs, process-related reporting, etc).**YOU HAVE:*** Bachelor's in business, Human Resources, business administration or other related degree required.* Minimum of 1 year of related professional experience* Bilingual, strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish is required.* Ability to set priorities and work well under the pressure of deadlines.* Demonstrated aptitude to organize high volume of detail* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring a high quality of work.**WE HAVE:*** A dynamic global reach with diverse operations around the world that will stretch your abilities, provide plentiful career opportunities, and allow you to make an impact every day* + nVent is a leading global provider of electrical connection and protection solutions.
