Kogo poszukujemy? Analiza danych dotyczących obszaru People oraz HR Tworzenie raportów i dashboardów w Power BI Modelowanie i transformacja danych z wykorzystaniem Power Query i DAX Analiza wskaźników HR (m.in. rotacja, wykorzystanie czasu pracy, Learning & Development) Przygotowywanie rekomendacji biznesowych na podstawie analiz danych Współpraca z Partnerami Biznesowymi oraz interesariuszami Identyfikowanie trendów i obszarów wymagających optymalizacji Zapewnienie jakości i spójności danych Automatyzacja raportowania oraz rozwój narzędzi analitycznych Wymagania kluczowe: Angielski na poziomie minimum B2 Polski na poziomie bardzo dobrym Wysoko rozwinięte zdolności analityczne oraz umiejętność pracy z dużymi zbiorami danych Bardzo dobra znajomość Microsoft Excel Doświadczenie w tworzeniu dashboardów i raportów Bardzo dobra znajomość Power BI, w tym DAX i Power Query Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia w analizie danych lub Business Intelligence Licencjat – wykształcenie kierunkowe (matematyka, statystyka, informatyka, data science, ekonometria, ekonomia, finanse) Mile widziane: Doświadczenie w People Analytics lub HR Analytics Znajomość SQL Znajomość Alteryx #J-18808-Ljbffr
