Human Resources Coordinator

For our client, a global automotive organization, we are looking for an HR Operations & Recruitment Coordinator with German, who will support HR administration, recruitment coordination, and HR systems management in an international environment. This role combines HR operations and recruitment support and is ideal for someone who enjoys structured HR processes, data accuracy, and administrative work in a global organization. Your responsibilities Support HR Operations and Recruitment Administration processes Maintain and update HR systems / ATS (data accuracy, reporting, employee records) Coordinate interview scheduling and communication with candidates and hiring managers Support HR administration tasks including documentation and contract preparation Assist in onboarding and employee lifecycle processes Ensure high-quality HR data management and process consistency Provide operational support to the HR team in daily activities Required skills Experience in HR Administration, HR Operations, Recruitment Coordination or similar HR support role Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience with HR systems / ATS (e.g. Workday, SAP, Taleo or similar) Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment Strong communication and service-oriented mindset Please note: Professional proficiency in both German and English (minimum B2 level) is essential for success in this role and is a mandatory requirement.
