Mid-Level Employment Law Attorney

Mid-Level Employment Law Attorney McLane Middleton, Professional Association, a leading New England-based law firm, is seeking an Employment Law Attorney to join our growing employment law practice. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in employment law with some background in general litigation. Additional experience includes employee handbooks and related policies, wage and hours compliance, employer hiring guidance and experience with on-site employee training on harassment prevention.Prior experience with crisis response and risk management is a plus. A hybrid work schedule combining in-office and remote work is available. McLane Middleton provides the following salary range for this position, $120,000 - $250,000.Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to individual performance, geographic location, experience, education, and other qualifications consistent with applicable law.This role may be eligible for additional incentive compensation. Because incentive amounts cannot be calculated in advance, the base salary range listed above represents McLane Middleton’s good faith estimate of the annual base salary range reasonably expected for this position.
