Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, providing you the flexibility to work from home while employing advanced telehealth technology to connect with clients. Our therapists utilize a robust Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to document sessions, manage schedules, and ensure seamless communication with team members. While the core work hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some flexibility may be required based on client needs, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Conducting thorough mental health assessments to identify patient needs, followed by the development and implementation of personalized treatment plans.

• Delivering various evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitating psychoeducational and support groups that foster community and enhance understanding of mental health issues.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

Preferred Experience\n

While at least 2 years of experience in mental health counseling is required, preference will be granted to those with hands-on experience in telehealth services, demonstrating an ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to a virtual environment.
