VP, Corporate Strategy

For our client, we are seeking a VP Corporate Strategy to join the team of a leader in the Media space. This role will strengthen forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes that guide business decisions. You will partner with executive leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a Media environment. Location: New York, NY – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $236,600 – $316,500 annually. Responsibilities Own and lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives end‑to‑end, partnering closely with segment leadership. Build alignment across the organization to ensure strategies are translated into clear execution plans. Provide a clear, independent point of view to senior leadership on strategic decisions. Lead strategic planning efforts that establish the enterprise outlook and inform capital allocation decisions. Partner with Finance, Investor Relations, and business leaders to align on targets, financial scenarios, and long‑term priorities. Identify and evaluate M&A, partnerships, and new business opportunities across core and adjacent spaces. Develop a clear view of the evolving landscape and Disney's ability to shape and win in the market. Qualifications 15+ years of experience in corporate strategy, consulting, investment banking, or private equity. Proven experience leading enterprise‑level strategic initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders. Strong financial acumen, including modeling, valuation, and capital allocation analysis. Exceptional problem‑solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills, including executive‑level storytelling and presentation. Benefits Full range of medical benefits.
