Backed by 45+ years of success, Uline offers opportunities to grow your career with stability you can count on.Position Responsibilities Serve as a trusted resource for employees, providing guidance on Uline's benefits programs and answering questions about their coverage.Partner with internal teams and vendors to develop and deliver clear, engaging communications that help employees make the most of their benefits.Support open enrollment, wellness initiatives and benefits education sessions for employees.Work closely with HR teams and vendors to deliver health, retirement and wellness programs.Minimum RequirementsBachelor’s degree in communications, human resources, business or a related field.1+ years of relevant experience in an HR or office environment.Detail-oriented with strong writing and organizational skills.Experience with Word, Excel and HRIS (Workday preferred).Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.BenefitsComplete health insurance coverage and 401(k) with 6% employer match that starts day one!Multiple bonus programs.Paid holidays and generous paid time off.Tuition Assistance Program that covers professional continuing education.Employee PerksOn-site café and first-class fitness center with complimentary personal trainers.Over four miles of beautifully maintained walking trails.About UlineUline, a family-owned company, is North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials with over 10,000 employees across 15 locations.Uline is a drug-free workplace.
