ComResource is looking for a Help Desk Analyst.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for computer applications, hardware, printers, and phone and voicemail systems.
- Research and respond to user inquiries including how-to questions, error messages, and information on latest releases.
- Provide hardware maintenance for computers, printers, and phones, including cleaning and cartridge replacements.
- Assist in the printing of reports and statements as needed.
- Maintain knowledge base, process, and operational documentation.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Essentials:
- Experience providing end-user technical support.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to use personal judgment in carrying out routine duties and responsibilities.
