Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients to establish an accurate understanding of their mental health status and therapeutic needs. Utilize tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to formalize diagnoses when necessary.

• Develop, implement, and continually reassess individualized treatment plans that reflect cultural diversity and specific patient requirements to achieve successful patient outcomes.

• Prepare and maintain timely, accurate treatment records and reports in compliance with regulatory requirements and departmental guidelines using current electronic health record systems.

• Collaborate with patients and their families to devise a comprehensive treatment strategy that considers their unique situations and desired goals for mental health improvement.

• Serve as a key communicator between patients and external treatment providers, coordinating referrals and maintaining effective partnerships to enhance the continuum of care.

• Support the professional growth of interns and students through education and mentoring, fostering a learning environment that promotes teamwork and clinical excellence.

• Engage in peer reviews and clinical collaboration as directed by your clinical supervisor to contribute to team development and improve service delivery.

The primary clientele for this position includes individuals and families affected by cancer diagnoses. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
