Metroplex Smart Homes is a fast-growing Dallas-based audio/video and smart home installation company serving 28+ cities across DFW. We're looking for a commission-only sales partner with their own book of business and contacts to call on, or an existing source of leads, who can help us build out a real sales funnel and close business.

This is a great fit for someone who is semi-retired or retired and looking for purpose, flexibility, and income — a reason to get off the couch, not a 9-to-5. You'll get real latitude in how you work: your hours, your approach, your pace. To be upfront, this isn't a high-base, high-salary role — it's commission only, paid on what you bring in. What it does offer is the chance to put a lifetime of relationships and selling skill to work, earn real money for real results, and contribute meaningfully to a company that's growing quickly.

What we're looking for:

Self-starter who can generate their own leads, through an existing network, referral relationships, or other lead sources you already have

Comfortable calling on your own contacts and following up consistently

Background in services, home improvement, construction, real estate, or similar relationship-driven sales

Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal oversight

Based in or familiar with the Dallas-Fort Worth area

What you'll do:

Reach out to your existing contacts and lead sources to uncover new business

Represent Metroplex Smart Homes' AV and smart home installation services to residential and commercial prospects

Qualify leads and close deals, or hand off qualified opportunities to close

Help shape a repeatable sales process as the company scales

Compensation: Commission only, roughly 5-10% of closed job value depending on deal type, with no cap on what you can earn.
